If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days and recieve a full refund, minus shipping charges. The product must be unused and in its original condition with all original packaging.
Tailor-made items are also returnable, but require a 15% re-stocking fee, since these are custom made specifically to your request. If however, the sizing needs to be adjusted, simply send the item back to us, and we will fix the size and credit your account for the shipping.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without one. You can get return approval by emailing us at AbbyInternational@hotmail.com. Customer service will send you the RMA # and the address to ship the return to. |
